The European-Libyan Chamber of Commerce (EULYCC) offers substantial information and assistance to enter the Libyan market. We provide up-to-date information on economic and commercial issues, and offer various services to facilitate your market entry with the intention of enhancing bilateral trade for new and existing businesses. The EULYCC will act as the official Chamber of Commerce for the multilateral business exchange between Libya and all European countries. The EULYCC is funded and supported by the official Libyan government to enhance the multilateral trade and economic relationships between all parties.

The EULYCC is a multilateral organisation which has the support and promotion of economic and business relations between the European and Libyan markets as its purpose. The organisation was founded on request by the governing body of the Libyan chambers. We aim to fortify and foster the economic, industrial and cultural relations between the European & Libyan nations and to this end are dedicated to directly and indirectly organize, support and facilitate all initiatives that back this cause. Between technological transfer, the exchange of knowledge, goods and services we also endorse congresses, meetings, forums and councils in order to bolster the communication between Europe and Libya. Additionally, the EULYCC strives to consolidate relations between business and economic partners in the shape of taking part in exhibitions and fairs.
Legalisation of exportdocuments
The EULYCC will take over the legalization authority starting from the 01.10.2018 for the certification of export documents. This includes certificates of origin, invoices, certificates and economic certificates of all kinds. The central data collection and legalization by EULYCC is binding for all merchant traffic starting from 01.10.2018. The EULYCC, as an institution, is authorized by the State of Libya to issue certificates of business and Certificates of Conformity. These certificates are in place to adapt and align with European certificates within the Libyan market. Furthermore, these certificates are necessary for business to participate for any official tenders and company registration matters.

Conditions for membership:
Membership in the EULYCC's business forum is set for an annual period. Billing will start from the day of admission, which is possible at any time in the year. Membership prices start with a basic package and increase with options you can add to your subscription. Premium memberships are only provided on request.

Together with the ministry of economy in Libya we support your entry into the Libyan market and the fortification of your already established relations.
For this purpose, the foundation for a European-Libyan business forum shall be established in a joint venture between the EULYCC and official Libyan institutions. The forum's goal is to become a competent drop-in center and one-stop shop for businesses with an interest in Libya.
On top of that, the forum aims to be a multilateral interface between the Libyan market, Libyan institutions and Europe. This specifically encompasses tasks like keeping you in the loop about current projects, tenders and the general needs and demand of the Libyan economy.
Within the scope of these goals there will be regular business meetings, conferences and delegation trips in order to mediate relevant business partners, establish new contacts and provide you with a reliable communications platform for business partners of both nations.

The business magazine will exist parallel to the business forum and its chief purpose is to provide European businesses with the opportunity to raise their awareness on the Libyan market.
